Phillip Greer is our Photojournalist in Residence and Senior Lecturer. He worked at the Chicago Tribune for twenty four years, and rose to be the Director of Photography at the newspaper. Greer has won over 200 awards for his work, from the Illinois Press Photographers Association and National Press Photographers Association. Dr. Wenjing Xie worked as an editor for China Central Television (CCTV) News Channel in Beijing, and a reporter and editor for the Economic Daily, also in Beijing. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Maryland (2009). Dr. Xie teaches Social Media Theory & Practice, Introduction to Mass Communication Research, Quantitative Research Method, and Content Analysis.
