MCMA Faculty Member Receives IRTS Fellowship
November 06, 2015
James Wall, Senior Lecturer in the Department of Radio, Television, and Digital Media has been selected as a recipient of the 2016 International Radio and Television Society (IRTS) Faculty Fellowship. This particular fellowship is regarded as one of the most sought-after and highly-competitive faculty fellowships in the media industry with roughly only 20 faculty worldwide receiving awards. One of the main missions of the IRTS is to bring together college professors with industry leaders in an effort to bridge any gaps that may exist, and also to bring cutting-edge knowledge back to the classroom. The IRTS Faculty Fellowship in early January 2016 includes four days of specially tailored seminars and workshops with senior media leaders along with unlimited access to the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.
