The Fall Commencement ceremony for College of Mass Communication and Media Arts' graduate and undergraduate students will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2005 at 1:30 p.m. at the SIU Arena.

Other graduates to be honored at this ceremony include those from the Graduate School, the School of Law, the College of Science and the College of Liberal Arts.

Chancellor Walter V. Wendler will welcome graduates, families and friends and confer degrees. Professor and Dean Manjunath Pendakur, Professor and Interim Chair John Downing, Academic Advisor Jean Kelley and Assistant Dean Clare Mitchell will represent the College on stage and as Marshal, Reader and Usher, respectively.

Doris Rottschalk, president-elect of the SIU Alumni Association, will close the ceremony with a charge to the new graduates.
