The GMRC is pleased to sponsor a presentation by Freddie Ravel entitled "Bridging Music to Humanity and Global Culture" on Monday, March 6th, 2006 in the Dean's Conference Room (Comm 1032) from 4:30-6:00 p.m.

Considered one of the most outstanding keyboard players, composers, and producers in contemporary music, Freddie Ravel has recorded and performed with many icon artists including Madonna, Phil Collins, Quincy Jones and Prince.

At his core, Freddie Ravel lives to bridge music and humanity to reveal that music is an intuitive tool that can empower one's life. In addition to making his presentation, Mr. Ravel will also visit several classes while at SIU to discuss his experiences in the music industry.
