Biography
Dr. Phylis Johnson is an associate professor with more than 20 years of professional media experience. She has authored 3 books (latest on Second Life) and numerous journal articles and book chapters. Her emphasis is fringe media culture, and has presented more recently nationally and internationally on sound studies and new media.
